Returns: To initiate a return, please contact us at shopstego@stegoindustries.com or call 877-464-7834. 

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Prior to approval, customers must provide images of the products to verify their condition and confirm they are eligible for resale. 

Please note the following: 

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

    LTL Freight Palletized Returns - For returns involving LTL freight, items must be: 

    • Palletized 
    • Shrink-wrapped 
    • Properly prepared for freight pickup 
    • Pre-Approval Required: Customers must submit images of the palletized products in advance to confirm that items are in resalable condition. 
    • Fees: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

                Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders 

                If your order arrives defective, damaged, mis-shipped, or incomplete, please contact our Customer Service team within 5 days of delivery at:

                We will promptly ship replacement products at no additional cost. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email for the return of incorrect or damaged items. Returned merchandise must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the prepaid label. 

                Note: StegoDIY Tape may be returned, replaced, and/or refunded in accordance with the terms of the StegoDIY Tape Limited Warranty (see product page for full terms or contact us at shopstego@stegoindustries.com or 877-464-7834 for additional details).
